The patient is to abstain from sexual intercourse for a period of 2-5 days prior to the day of his scheduled appointment for semen analysis.

Stool specimen collection for culture, Clostridium, Rotavirus, Giardia Ag, Cryptosporidium Ag, Ova and Parasites.  If you have had any X-rays using barium, wait at least 48 hrs before starting collection.
